Job Overview
As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s revenue by selling IT products and services. Your main responsibility will be to convert leads into customers, maintain strong client relationships, and explain the features and benefits of various IT solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries effectively.
- Product & Service Presentation:
- Clearly explain the IT products and services offered by the company.
- Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue generation.
- Provide sales reports to management for performance tracking.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) is required.
- Experience: Candidates should have 1 – 6+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the IT sector.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of IT products and services.
- Target-driven approach with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Work Environment & Benefits
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
