Job Description: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Bajaj Capital is looking for highly motivated and results-driven professionals for the role of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with experience in hiring for the BFSI and NBFC sectors, particularly in bulk recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy:
    • Identify and attract suitable candidates from multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Utilize innovative recruitment techniques to identify passive and active job seekers.
  2. End-to-End Recruitment Management:
    • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final selection.
    • Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews across various locations while ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
  3. Stakeholder Coordination & Process Execution:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure timely hiring.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align recruitment processes with business goals.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding by collaborating with HR teams and functional heads.
  4. Salary Negotiation & Offer Management:
    • Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
    • Manage offer rollouts and ensure timely follow-ups to improve offer acceptance rates.
  5. Data Management & Recruitment Analytics:
    • Maintain dashboards and track key recruitment metrics, including hiring timelines, offer-to-join ratios, and recruitment costs.
    • Work with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate databases effectively.
  6. Achieving Recruitment Targets:
    • Meet hiring deadlines and ensure smooth execution of the recruitment process within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
    • Achieve monthly targets related to the number of hires and successful onboarding.
