Job Description: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Bajaj Capital is looking for highly motivated and results-driven professionals for the role of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with experience in hiring for the BFSI and NBFC sectors, particularly in bulk recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy:
- Identify and attract suitable candidates from multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize innovative recruitment techniques to identify passive and active job seekers.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final selection.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across various locations while ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Process Execution:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure timely hiring.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align recruitment processes with business goals.
- Ensure seamless onboarding by collaborating with HR teams and functional heads.
- Salary Negotiation & Offer Management:
- Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Manage offer rollouts and ensure timely follow-ups to improve offer acceptance rates.
- Data Management & Recruitment Analytics:
- Maintain dashboards and track key recruitment metrics, including hiring timelines, offer-to-join ratios, and recruitment costs.
- Work with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate databases effectively.
- Achieving Recruitment Targets:
- Meet hiring deadlines and ensure smooth execution of the recruitment process within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Achieve monthly targets related to the number of hires and successful onboarding.
