Job Description
Tech Mahindra is urgently hiring for Customer Support Associate roles in Chat and Voice Process for their Noida office. The position is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues through voice calls or chat and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
Job Location: Noida
Hiring Model: 100% work-from-office position.
Job Criteria:
- Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Open to undergraduates, graduates, and freshers or candidates with experience.
- 6-day working schedule with 1 rotational week off.
- Flexible shifts available 24/7.
- Cab facility provided for odd-hour shifts.
Immediate Joiners are preferred.
Salary Package:
- ₹1.90 LPA – ₹3 LPA based on experience.
