Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via inbound voice calls for international clients.
- Handle technical queries related to internet services, routers, modems, and networking issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems effectively.

- Follow company SOPs and escalation procedures for resolving critical customer issues.

- Prior experience in technical support or inbound calling is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment.
