Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat and provide prompt resolutions.
- Assist customers with e-commerce-related queries and situational concerns.
- Provide accurate responses and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work in a blended process, including chat support and backend operations.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for customer handling.
Job Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Work from Office (Noida NSEZ, Sector 81)
- 6-day work schedule with one rotational weekly off
Shift Timings:
- For Males: Rotational shifts (24/7 availability)
- For Females: Rotational shifts between 7 AM to 8 PM
Training Details:
- Training Duration: 15-17 days
- Training Timings:
- Morning Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
- Evening Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM
- Cab Facility: Available for odd-hour shifts during training.
- Travel Allowance: Provided for employees working in odd-hour shifts.
Interview Process:
The hiring process at Tech Mahindra involves multiple stages to assess the candidate’s skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving approach.

2️⃣ Typing Test – Candidate must type at least 30 words per minute (with 90% accuracy) in 5 minutes
