As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of high-volume hiring for the US market, specifically focusing on financial services, banking, retail, and customer service profiles. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recruitment professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about finding the right talent for the right roles.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality hiring of candidates for various roles. Your primary duties include:
- Managing Candidate Applications – Review applications submitted via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – TALEO for assigned job functions.
- Interview Coordination – Schedule and confirm candidate interviews by liaising with hiring managers and applicants to finalize suitable dates, times, and locations.
- Conducting Phone Screens – Perform 8-10 candidate phone screenings per day, assessing qualifications, experience, and fit for designated roles.
- Evaluating Candidate Fit – Utilize structured interview templates to assess candidates against the required competencies and job criteria.
- Talent Marketing – Develop compelling narratives to attract and engage prospective candidates, effectively selling job roles and company culture.
- ATS Management – Accurately update applicant details and track hiring progress in the ATS system to maintain smooth recruitment workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in high-volume hiring.
- Proficiency in technology tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Web-based applications.
- Strong teamwork skills, with experience working in collaborative, performance-driven environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work efficiently under pressure to meet hiring objectives.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to craft clear, professional emails and summarize candidate profiles effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting US recruitment and staffing processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Eightfold.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment and experience in interviewing and assessing candidates across multiple job profiles.
Work Schedule & Hybrid Model
This role follows a US business hours schedule, meaning that candidates must be open to working night shifts:
- Shift Timings: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (may vary based on business needs).
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid model – 3 days per week in the office.
