Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify potential customers for loan and credit card products through direct outreach.
  • Engage in cold calling, networking, and social media marketing to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns and participate in on-ground promotional activities.

2. Product Presentation & Demonstration:

  • Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable banking products.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and terms of loans and credit cards.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally and convincingly.

3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement:

  • Convert potential leads into successful sales closures.
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work under pressure and maintain consistent sales performance.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers for loan disbursal, documentation, and approvals.
  • Resolve queries and handle customer objections or complaints effectively.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep an eye on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Analyze competitors’ sales strategies and offer better solutions to customers.
  • Share feedback with the internal team for continuous improvement.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of daily sales calls, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Submit timely reports on sales performance and financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

1. Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must be graduates (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience is required.
  • Experience in selling financial products (loans, credit cards, banking services) is preferred.

  • Strong lead generation and business development abilities.
