Job Description
As a part of Adroit Synergies’ Customer Retention and Voice Support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for various clients. Your role will primarily focus on customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound and outbound voice processes effectively.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
- Providing information about products and services over the phone.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Working in a target-based environment to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborating with the team to improve overall service quality.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in the database.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have passed 12th grade (Higher Secondary) or be a graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0-2 years) are welcome to apply.
- Should be comfortable working in Noida.
- Must have fluency in Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Must be willing to join immediately.
