Job Description
Job Designation: Customer Support Associate (Chat and Voice Process)
Job Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer queries through chat communication.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company guidelines to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Work Location: Noida
Work Model: 100% Work from Office
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Open to graduates, undergraduates, freshers, and experienced candidates.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment with 1 rotational week off.
- Flexible to work in 24×7 shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Package: ₹1.90 LPA – ₹3 LPA
- Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESIC) included.
