Job Description
iEnergizer is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join its technical support team as Inbound Customer Support Executives. This role requires handling inbound customer calls professionally and resolving technical queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Table of Contents
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide effective solutions to technical and service-related queries.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department for further resolution when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/BE, BCA, BSc, or Diploma equivalent preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a technical support role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of technology, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service software.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer queries.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts if required.
