Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and placing top talent for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Understanding Job Requirements:
Learn about different job roles and responsibilities across industries. Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs. Understand the best hiring strategies for bulk recruitment.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.), social media, and internal databases to find potential candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability. Shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
3. Coordination & Follow-ups:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates regarding application status, feedback, and next steps.
4. Building Relationships & Networking:
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Develop strong relationships with potential candidates to gain referrals.
5. Training & Learning:
Receive training on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and industry trends. Learn how to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other hiring tools for better recruitment efficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Fresh Graduates are Welcome – No prior experience required! Strong Communication Skills (Fluency in English & Hindi preferred). Good Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills – Ability to interact and convince candidates. Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, and other online tools). Self-Motivated, Target-Oriented, and Willing to Learn – A positive attitude towards recruitment and HR. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment – Recruitment is a dynamic and evolving field!
Salary & Benefits
Salary Package: ₹1.25 Lacs – ₹2 Lacs Per Annum Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
