Hiring for Customer Care Executive CCE Role 1

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries via voice calls from international clients.
  • Assist customers with billing-related concerns, service issues, and account management.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom, billing, or technical support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in customer interactions.

Work Mode & Shift Details:

  • Work from Office (Noida, NSEZ)
  • 5-day work schedule with 2 rotational week-offs
  • Rotational shifts (24/7 environment) – Flexibility required

Shift Timings:

  • Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Both-side cab facility available as per hiring zone.
