Job Description
Role: Customer Support Executive (Chat Support)
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support through chat, focusing on resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering top-notch service.
- Handling customer interactions with clarity and providing accurate solutions for E-commerce situations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Responding to chat queries in a timely manner, ensuring all issues are resolved with efficiency and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Good command over written English, logical ability, and the ability to answer E-commerce-related questions effectively.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in customer care are welcome to apply.
- Education: Open to candidates with HSC or any graduate degree.
- Work Environment: Work from Office.
Shift Details:
- For Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24/7).
- For Female Candidates: Rotational shifts between 7 AM to 8 PM.
Training:
- Training Duration: 15-17 days.
- Training Timings:
- Shift 1: 7 AM to 4 PM
- Shift 2: 4 PM to 1 AM
- Transport Facilities: Cabs are provided during odd hours for training.
