Job Description
Tech Mahindra is currently hiring for the International Chat Process in Noida. This role is ideal for individuals seeking opportunities in customer service through non-voice channels. As a part of this team, candidates will be responsible for handling international chat support for various clients, ensuring that customer queries are resolved effectively and efficiently.

Table of Contents
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through chat support and assist them with their queries.
- Provide top-notch customer service by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on non-voice processes, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that process objectives and targets are met.
- Maintain a courteous and professional approach when dealing with international customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Follow company policies and guidelines while responding to customer inquiries.
- Document and update customer interactions in the database for future reference.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Continuously work on improving product knowledge and customer handling skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a BPO non-voice role or similar industry (chat process preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business needs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology-driven tools for email/chat handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Prior experience in international chat support is an added advantage.
