Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat support and provide solutions to their queries.

- Work from Office (Noida location)
- 6-day working schedule with one rotational weekly off
Shift Timings:
- For Males: Rotational 24/7 shifts
- For Females: Rotational shifts between 7 AM to 8 PM
Training Details:
- Training Duration: 15-17 days
- Training Shift Timing:
- Morning Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
- Evening Shift: 4 PM to 1 AM
- Cab Facility: Available for odd-hour shifts during training.
- Travel Allowance: Provided for odd-hour shifts.
Education Qualifications:
- Candidates with Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or a Graduate degree can apply.
- No specific degree required.
