Job Description:
IMPAC Services is conducting a bulk hiring drive for its International BPO operations. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to work for top US and UK brands.
Table of Contents
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Education: Undergraduate (UG) and Graduate (Any Stream) – Both Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
- Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA with unlimited performance-based incentives
- Work Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 days off
- Job Location: Gurgaon / Noida
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries via voice process for US & UK clients
- Providing excellent customer support and resolving queries efficiently
- Adhering to company policies and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Working in rotational US & UK shifts
- Ensuring timely and professional communication with customers
