Tech Mahindra is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for the position of MIS Executive within its Recruitment Team in Noida. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build their careers in HR analytics, recruitment operations, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and maintaining documentation related to recruitment and HR operations.
  • Collecting, managing, and organizing recruitment data.
  • Operating and managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment processes.
  • Preparing and maintaining MIS reports related to hiring, candidate status, and recruitment trends.
  • Assisting in offer closures and onboarding processes.

  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
