About the Role:
Tech Mahindra is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for the position of MIS Executive within its Recruitment Team in Noida. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build their careers in HR analytics, recruitment operations, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and maintaining documentation related to recruitment and HR operations.
- Collecting, managing, and organizing recruitment data.
- Operating and managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment processes.
- Preparing and maintaining MIS reports related to hiring, candidate status, and recruitment trends.
- Assisting in offer closures and onboarding processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Strong command over Excel and data analysis tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Formulas).
- Experience in dashboard creation, MIS reporting, and data entry is a plus.
- Candidates should be comfortable with six-day working from the office.
- Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to data handling.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
